Fee Arrangements

I offer a range of fee arrangements tailored to the specifics of each engagement. These structures are designed to align my incentives with yours while giving you predictability and control over litigation costs.

• Flat fee arrangements. For matters with a defined scope—targeted motion practice, demand letters, contract disputes with clear boundaries—a flat fee provides complete cost certainty. You know exactly what you are paying before the work begins, and I am incentivized to deliver efficiently.
• Hybrid and success-based arrangements. These structures combine a reduced hourly or flat rate with a contingent or success-bonus component tied to the outcome. Hybrid arrangements reduce out-of-pocket expense while ensuring that I have a direct financial stake in achieving a favorable result. When I am invested in your outcome, we are both pulling in the same direction.
• Hourly arrangements. Some clients and matters are best served by traditional hourly billing. When that is the right fit, clients benefit from a practitioner who has built his career in an environment where results and efficiency matter—not volume.
